xv66 Terms and Conditions — Bangladesh Online Gaming Platform Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xv66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the xv66 platform at xv66.bio, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility Requirements

All financial transactions on xv66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• ›Multiple accounts held by the same player (or household, IP address, or device) will be disqualified from receiving any bonus and may result in permanent account suspension for all associated accounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xv66. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and permanent banning from the platform without further notice.

• ›Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time while using the platform.
• ›Attempting to register or play on behalf of another person, allowing a third party to access your account, or sharing account credentials with any individual.

7. Responsible Gaming Commitment

8. Intellectual Property

xv66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xv66 does not guarantee that any specific game will always be available, that any bet will be accepted, or that any particular outcome will occur.

10. Amendments, Suspension and Termination

xv66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged inactivity. Upon account termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed subject to verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon account closure.
